Tenets (What we Belief and Teach)

The following are the fundamental doctrinal beliefs of the Church, based on the Holy Scriptures and stated in summarized form. Such doctrinal beliefs as accepted and confessed, and the personal experience and practices resulting there-from, shall be essential basis of the fellowship and union of the members thereof;

1. The Unity of the God-head and the Trinity of the Persons (Isa. 6:3; Matt. 16, 17; 28:19; John 15:26).

2. The utter depravity of human nature, the necessity   for repentance and regeneration, and the eternal doom of the finally impenitent. (Psalm 51:5; Matt. 25:41, 46; John 3:3; Acts 2:38; Rev. 20:12-15).

3. The Virgin Birth, Sinless Life,  Atoning  Death, Triumphant Resurrection, Ascension and abiding Intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Second Coming and Millennial Reign upon (Zech.   14:4; Matt 1:23:24:30; 28:5, 6; Phil 2:6-11;   I Thess. 4:15-17; Heb 7:25-16; Rev 1:7).

4. Justification and Sanctification of the Believer through the finished work of Christ. (Rom 3:24; 5:19; 1 Cor. 6:11; 2 Cor. 7:1; Heb 10:10).

5. The Baptism of the Holy Ghost for believers with signs (Luke 3:16; John 7:37-39; Acts 1:4,5; 2:1-4; 10:46; 19:6; Eph5:18).

6. The Nine gifts of the Holy Ghost for the edification, exhortation and comfort of the Church, which is the Body of (1 Cor. 12:4-11; 14:3-12, 26).

7. The Sacraments of Baptism by Immersion, and of the Lord’s (Mark 16:16; Luke 22:19-20; Acts 2:38; Acts 19:5; Rom6:3-7; 1 Cor. 10: 15-21; 11:23-32).

8. The Divine Inspiration and Authority of the Holy Scriptures. (2Tim. 3:16; 2Peter 1:21).

9. Church Government by Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers,  Elders and Deacons. (Acts 6:2-6;   Acts 20:28; Eph. 4:8-16; I   3:1-13; Titus 1:5-9; Heb 13:17).

10. The possibility of falling from Grace. (Rom 11:20-22; Col. 1:21-23; Heb 6:4-6; 10:26-29; 38-39: 2 Pet. 2:20-22).

11. The Obligatory nature of Tithes and Offerings. (Gen. 14;20; 28:22; Prov. 3:9-10; Mai. 3:10; I Cor. 16:2; 2 Cor. 9:6-7; Heb 7:1-10).
